Rabbi shot and killed while walking to temple in Miamai
MIAMI, Fla. -- A rabbi in Miami was shot and killed as he walked to temple Saturday morning.
Police say Rabbi Yosef Raksin, 60, was confronted by two men and shot.
Some members of the Jewish community in that area believe that it was a robbery gone bad, while others are concerned that this was fueled by anti-Semitism.
The shooting happened in an area where swastikas were painted on a local synagogue in July.
The police are still investigating.
The community is offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
