Railroad crossing at Birch Road to be replaced beginning September 6

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The railroad crossing at Birch Road, between Day/Edison Road and McKinley Highway, will be replaced beginning September 6.
During this time, a detour route will be in place directing traffic to Bittersweet Road from Day and McKinley.
Work is expected to be completed by September 12 or sooner.
