Rain delays PGA Tournament

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A little rain couldn't stop the PGA Tournament.

Officials were forced to delay Saturday's rounds for several hours.

But everything eventually went on as planned!

A on-site meteorologist tracked the storms and helped officials make the decision Saturday morning.

Golfers were changed from groups of twos to trios to save time.

"So we had to make sure our Marshal Committee was ready, that the walking course and the standard bearers and our volunteers, leader boards were well-informed and go out to the post a little early," said Jeff Hintz, Senior PGA Championship Director.

Officials are happy the leading golfers were still able to finish on national television.

The Senior PGA Tournament wraps up Sunday.
