Wet weather returns Thursday, the heaviest rain in the morning and lingering showers through the afternoon. Sunshine returns Friday before more rain Saturday. Temperatures also continue the up-and-down trend, bouncing between the 30s and 40s, falling short of normal highs in the low 50s. The first week of April remains chilly.
