Rain showers will move into Michiana later this evening. Rain will then turn over to snow by the early to mid-morning hours tomorrow. Temperatures will drop to below freezing tonight, which will refreeze any snow melt still on the roadways. Slick spots are likely in a few areas. Tomorrow afternoon high temperatures will top out in the lower 30s. A few flurries are possible again tomorrow evening, but then clear out before midnight. We look to stay dry most of Tuesday before a few snow showers are possible again during the overnight into Wednesday. Rain looks likely Wednesday afternoon with high temperatures in the mid 40s. Temperatures will drop back to below freezing New Year’s Eve, and turn rain over to snow. Wintry mix is possible into New Year’s Day. Next weekend looks dry and cool with highs in the low to mid 30s.
