Hot and Humid Independence Day, Storms return Sunday
This week trends more spring-like, but it doesn't come without a few hiccups. Wednesday there's a chance of rain / snow showers before temperatures rise to end the week. The main focus this week will be on Friday, a strong cold front will spike highs into the 60s ahead of it, and produce showers and thunderstorms. There's a wide highlighted area by the Storm Prediction Center that includes Michiana, in a possible storm threat to end the week. At this point there's little more to say than " stay tuned ". Rain is likely, possibly heavy rain but timing and temperatures could a limit of storm strength for the area.
Temperatures fall into Saturday, then rebound Sunday.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 30.
Tuesday: AM clouds / PM clearing High 48.
Wednesday: Rain/snow showers. High 42.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 52.
