Relief from the humidity this week
Weather blog -- Our weather will remain quiet tonight, but that will change tomorrow morning. Showers and storms are possible from mid to late morning through the early afternoon. Right now there is a low threat that a few storms could be on the strong to severe side with the main threat being gusty winds, but most storm activity should remain sub-severe. Sunshine will return by mid to late afternoon, which will help warm highs into the mid 80s. Tuesday will be another sunny day with highs holding steady in the mid 80s. Wednesday is when we see some extreme heat return for us here in Michiana. High temperatures will surge into the mid 90s with heat index values pushing near the triple digits. A cold front will move in Wednesday night, which will then spark a rain and storm chance that lingers into Thursday. Dry weather will then settle in for Friday and most of next weekend. High temperatures will fall back into the 80s as well for late next week and next weekend.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 68.
Tomorrow: AM showers/storms. High 86.
Tuesday: Sunny. High 85.
Wednesday: Hot/PM Thunderstorms. High 94.
