Windy Election Day, wind gusts topping 30 mph are likely through midday and that could cause power outages. Temperatures fall from a morning high around 50 into the 40s by the afternoon. The wind stays blustery into Wednesday, even as clouds break and turn mostly sunny. Temperatures continue to drop to end the week and wintry mix is possible by Friday.
