Recall mayoral election to take place in November

The race for the position for mayor of Benton Harbor is on.
Tuesday a judge decided the recall election will take place November 4th.
The race between Mayor James Hightower and City Commissioner Marcus Muhammad is a go.
Nearly 400 signatures were collected to allow the recall election.
This comes after Reverend Edward Pinkney of Benton Harbor was accused of election fraud when he created a petition to recall Mayor Hightower.
It had several of the same signatures on it multiple times.
