Recall on egg chairs sold at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls

A number of egg chairs are being recalled because of a fall hazard, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission announced.

The nest swing egg chairs were sold under the Tommy Bahama and Martha Steward brands and were sold at Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, and Homesense between December 2018 and April 2022.

Twenty-seven incidents of the chairs collapsing or tipping over have been reported, including 19 injury reports.

If you have one of these chairs, you’re asked to immediately stop using it and return it to the store you purchased it from. You’ll either get a full refund or a store gift card.
