SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The US Senior Open has finally arrived at Notre Dame's Warren Golf Course, and with it came record-setting performances. The opening round saw two players, defending champion David Toms and first-time US Senior Open participant Steve Stricker, shoot 8-under pars with a score of 62. Those marks not only tied the Warren Course record, but also tied the best of any round in this tournament's history.
