SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The recount for South Bend’s Second District Common Council seat continued today.
In the May Primary, Ophelia Gooden-Rodgers lead against Jorden Giger by 15 votes.
As of Monday morning, crews still had 19 precincts left to recount.
Those recounts are expected to be completed later this week.
