BUCHANAN, Mich. – It’s the weekend for the Olympics of Motocross in southwest Michigan.
More than 40 countries will be represented at this weekend's Motocross of Nations at Redbud Track and Trail in Buchanan.
The course is going to be much muddier considering the recent rainfall, on top of the challenging jumps like the famous Larocco’s Leap.
USA Rider, Aaron Plessinger, does not think the mud will be an issue for him. He thinks it might be for his opponents though.
“I honestly like the rain, most people don't but I get really excited about rain. I grew up riding in the mud and the faster you go, the easier it is. That's my motto for just about everything on the track!” Plessinger said.
If you’re interested in attending the races, anyone under the age of seven must have a ticket.
You can buy tickets online, here, or you can purchase tickets at the event!
Prices will run from $70 to $140 depending on the length of your stay.
