Religious protesters march on IUSB

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Religious protesters took their Christian message to the campus of IUSB Monday.

A handful of people started preaching on campus with large signs that read things like "follow Jesus" and "only Jesus can forgive your sins."

Some students stopped to pray along with them but not every IUSB student believed this is the place to preach your religious message.

"I believe it's wrong that he is even standing here doing this I know people have opinions, but it is obnoxious," said IUSB student Dreanna Dallich.

Right across from them, students from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance held a counter protest that asked people not to defer to hatred or judgment.
