Local Catholic academy looking to move into Portage Manor property
ELKHART, Ind. – A $4.5 million investment to improve Elkhart Public Library’s branches is currently underway.
The first two branches to be renovated will be the Dunlap branch on C.R. 13 and the Cleveland branch on C.R. 1, which will both close on January 20th for construction and the two are expected to reopen by the summer.
While closed, visitors can still visit the Oslo and Pierre-Moran locations.
Guests can expect to find spaces to study and collaborate, as well as expanded spaces for children’s events.
Guests will also find navigating the collections of books and movies easier to browse once construction concludes in 2022.
None of the four branches have had significant improvements since their opening.
