Report: Notre Dame and Michigan to bring back football rivalry

A rivalry renewed! Reports are that Michigan and Notre Dame are set to resume their historic series that came to a halt after the 2014 season.
According to Sports Illustrated, the more than century long feud will be making a comeback in 2018. An announcement is expected Thursday.
The Irish dropped the series in order to schedule more ACC opponents. Since then, the schools have talked about being open to starting it back up.
The Wolverines lead the all-time series, 24-17-1.
