SOUTH BEND, Ind.—A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Friday afternoon for a new luxury apartment development adjacent to Four Winds Field.

The Ivy at Berlin Place features 121 luxury apartments that officials say are reminiscent of Wrigleyville on the north side of Chicago.

South Bend Cubs owner, Andrew T. Berlin, President and CEO of the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce, Jeff Rea, and Chief of Staff for South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Laura O’Sullivan, were all on hand during the ceremony to celebrate the development.

Berlin has invested over $50 million in and around Four Winds Field.

The $22 million development’s residential space will be leased and managed by Bradley Company.
