Robin Roberts takes medical leave to receive bone marrow transplant

Good Morning America's Robin Roberts is taking a leave of absence from the ABC morning show while she recovers from medical treatment.

Wednesday was Roberts' last day on GMA before she starts her medical leave.

She is set to begin final preparations for her bone marrow transplant next week.

Meanwhile, ABC has announced a number of special guest anchors that will help fill Roberts' seat while she's awhile.

Some of the guest anchors include the cast of Modern Family, Kelly Ripa and Oprah Winfrey.
