ROCHESTER, Ind. -- An update to a murder case from last November.
Prosecutors filed a death sentence request for Roy Bell.
Bell killed Wilma Upsall of Fulton County in a robber at her home, last fall.
Police said the 81-year-old woman was tied to a chair with a telephone cord.
Prosecutors said that Bell should be sentenced to death because he intentionally killed her.
Two other men in the attack have also been charged with murder.
