Runaway teen believed to be in Northern Indiana

HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. – A missing 14-year-old girl last seen near her middle school last week could be in Northern Indiana, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department reported.

Serenity Cross was last seen leaving the Greenfield Junior High School area on May 5 at around 3:30 p.m.

Cross is 5’3”, approximately 115 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and light-colored jeans.

Cross is believed to be in the Northern Indiana area where she has friends and family.
