ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Health Department and local parks are teaming to host wellness walks every Thursday at 9 a.m.
They are teaming up with their initiative called “Be Well’ to encourage residents to keep up with their fitness.
They will be hosting free guided walks every Thursday at 9 a.m. and will be featuring a short session on wellness topics, community resources, and suggested apps to keep up with the wellness journey.
The walks will be at Bendix Woods County Park for the rest of this month.
The program is free and open to the public. There is no prior registration needed.
