Saint Joseph Health Center welcomes its first babies of 2021

Saint Joseph Health System announced its first babies born in the new year at its hospitals in Mishawaka and Plymouth.

Maverick Michael Flemming was born at 12:37 p.m. to Candice Boettcher and Jacob Flemming.

The first baby of the year was delivered at 6:51 a.m. but the mother did not sign a release for the information.

The Plymouth Medical Campus had its first delivery at 1:44 p.m. Lila Rose Brodbelt was born to Lilly Bordbelt on Friday.
