MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Saint Joseph Health System announced today that the Health System has administered over 50,000 COVID-19 vaccines.

“This incredible milestone of 50,000 was achieved due to the hard work and dedication of our staff and volunteers in our two vaccine clinics. We are very proud to continue serving our community by following our mission of being Called to Care,” said Chad Towner, SJHS CEO.

The Health System began vaccinating healthcare workers on Dec. 18, 2020.

Over 650 individuals have put in more than 18,000 hours at the vaccine clinics.
