Saint Joseph Health System updates its visitor guidelines

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Saint Joseph Health System has updated its guidelines for visitation of patients in all of its Michiana locations as of March 7.

The temporary change now allows patients to have only two healthy adult visitors at a time.

Saint Joseph Health System encourages any visitor to consider using an alternative means of connecting with a patient such as a phone call or digital communication like Facetime or Skype.

Affected locations within the system includes Mishawaka Medical Center, Plymouth Medical Center, outpatient services of the Elm Road Medical Campus, Health Insurance Services, Saint Joseph Physician Network, VNA Home Care, Senior Living Communities at St. Paul’s, Holy Cross, and Trinity Tower, and Saint Joseph PACE.
