SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Salvation Army Kroc Center is seeking the community's help with two huge holiday campaigns.
The Red Kettle Campaign runs now through Christmas Eve, and the Angel Tree Campaign runs until Friday.
You can drop off money donations to a red kettle in person at your local grocery store, or you can donate virtually on the Kroc Center's website.
The Angel Tree Campaign involves picking up an Angel tag from the tree inside of the Kroc Center and shopping for toys or gift cards for the child described on the tag.
The Kroc Center needs to collect all toys for the Angel Tree Campaign before this Friday the 15th. Those toys will then be distributed to pre-registered families the following week on Tuesday.
If you're interested in volunteering to be a bell ringer for the Salvation Army, you can visit the Register to Ring website.
