Sarah Hildebrandt takes home bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Games

Sarah Hildebrandt, Team USA wrestler and Michiana native, finished her run in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics with a bronze medal at 50 kg during her match on Saturday night, according to teamusa.org.

Hildebrandt won against Oksana Livach of Ukraine, 11-0 on Saturday. She lost to Sun Yanan of China in a close match on Friday, 10-7.

She won her two first matches at the Tokyo Games, winning against Evin Demirhan of Turkey, 11-0, and Miglena Silishka of Bulgaria, 12-2.

With her bronze medal, the women's team will take home a total of four medals, teamusa.org said. This is the most the team has ever won during the games. Their last record was two medals in 2004 in Athens, Greece.
