SBCSC's $12 million of cuts puts 64 jobs on the chopping block

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- More teacher layoffs could be in store for South Bend teachers.

We have learned that 64 jobs are now on the chopping block.

On Wednesday, the school board will meet at 6:30 p.m. to talk about the cuts. It affects everyone from teachers to custodians to aides. It's part of the district's plan to slash $12 million.

They are expected to make a final decision.
