SBFD concludes Carroll Street burned-out home investigation has ended

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- New information has been released about the burned out home on Carroll Street in South Bend.
The South Bend Fire Department said the investigation into the many fires there has officially ended. All of the fires were ruled suspicious.
The department has turned the home over to code enforcement. It is waiting to be handed off to a demolition company.
