SOUTH BEND, Ind.-Halloween is just one week away, but why make your kids wait until then to trick-or-treat? Grab your costumes and candy bags because the South Bend Police Department is hosting their annual "Treat Night" Tuesday evening.
Police officers, firefighters and Michiana Crime Stoppers will be at the event handing out candy. It's happening from 5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. The event is FREE!
