SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend police are investigating a possible connection in two armed robberies.
A cashier at the McClure gas station, near Edison and Ironwood Road was held up at gunpoint Wednesday night.
The clerk was given a note demanding money. Police say the same thing was scribbled on a sheet of paper and handed to a Walgreen’s employee last Friday.
Police haven't made any arrests in either case and they aren't saying if the same person held up both spots.
