Milwaukee woman reported missing in South Bend found safe

UPDATE: On December 27, South Bend Police announced Polk has been found and is safe.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is asking the public is they have you seen 37-year-old Shaqueta Polk in the area recently.
According to a release by the SBPD, Polk is missing person originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but could be in the South Bend area. Police say she has no known ties to the city.
She is 5'6", between 160 and 180 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
