School corporation opens on-site health clinic

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The South Bend Community School Corporation is making it easy for employees to have access to health care.
On Tuesday, the school corporation opened the doors on its new on-site health clinic.
The Activate Health and Wellness Center will provide free health care to school district employees who participate in its insurance plan.
The new health clinic is staffed by two primary care physicians.
