School officials get creative with school cancellation videos
Principals and superintendents across the nation, including here in Michiana, have been getting creative with how they announce school closures.
Videos from school officials at Lakeland Middle School in La Grange and Johnson Elementary in Milford Michigan went viral.
The principal at Lakeland, Brad Targgart, remixed "Cold As Ice" by Foreigner to let students know they had a day off.
Lakeland Middle School's video has gotten over 8,600 views and hundreds of shares.
Johnson Elementary's principal used Vanilla Ice's hit "Ice, Ice, Baby."
