Search continues for Jimmy Hoffa's body

OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The feds are back at a suburban Detroit field Tuesday trying to find the body of Jimmy Hoffa.

After years and years of dead ends, the feds got a new lead from the person who claims to have killed Hoffa and buried his body under a concrete slab, under a barn.

The search started Monday morning for the former Teamster’s president who vanished 38 years ago.

Residents near the dig site hope that this lead is worth while and will put the search to rest for the families.

At this point the sheriff’s office says no bones or physical evidence has been gathered for lab testing.
