Search for missing kayaker continues

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – One month later, the search for missing kayaker, 35-year-old Cory Wright, will continue and the investigation will remain open for the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department.

Wright was reported missing on Feb. 27 after his kayak was stuck in a log jam on the Paw Paw River.

Deputies say crews have been searching using cadaver dogs and the department’s marine unit since his disappearance.

If you have any information that could help investigators find Wright, contact officials at 269-983-7141.
