Second Indiana meningitis death linked to Elkhart clinic

A second person in Indiana has died related to the national fungal meningitis outbreak.

State officials say the person who died got the contaminated shot at an Elkhart clinic.

The health department still has not released the victim's name.

Just last week, a Cass County woman died after getting a shot from the same clinic.
