ELKHART, Ind. -- The second suspect in a June 2020 robbery of a man in a wheelchair has pleaded guilty.
Antrell Omar admitted to stealing $30 from the double amputee outside of an Elkhart homeless shelter two years ago.
His plea agreement sets a prison sentence of four years with another three years of probation.
Omar is also charged in a separate case with felony methamphetamine possession.
