City of Elkhart ELKHART, Ind. -- The City of Elkhart announced Hug Street between Jauriet Court to East Street will close beginning on Tuesday due to construction equipment and activities blocking the roadway.
The closure is expected to last through Friday.
Motorists are asked to use alternative routes and follow posted detours.
