Section of North Shore Drive closed in South Bend beginning Wednesday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A section of North Shore Drive will be closed starting Wednesday while crews repair a stormwater pipe in the area, according to the City of South Bend.
The road will be closed between Michigan Street and Niles Avenue.
The city hopes to have the road reopened by the end of the day on November 13, weather permitting.
While the road is closed, drivers can detour using Michigan Street and Notre Dame Avenue via Angela Boulevard.
Additional work in the area continues through November.
