INDOT LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation announced maintenance crews will begin seal coating operations on S.R. 39 between US 20 and the Michigan state line on June 17.
INDOT officials expect the work to last two days, weather permitting.
The detour for this closure will follow US 20 and I-94.
Thru traffic should use the detour or seek an alternate route.
INDOT officials ask motorists to exercise caution and follow traffic directions carefully in the area where work is occurring.
