Senior living facility employee won't face charges

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The worker who refused to give an elderly woman CPR at a senior living facility will not face any charges.
Initial reports said that the worker was a nurse. She has since been identified as a resident services director.
The 87-year-old woman collapsed at a California retirement home.
The staff member refused to perform CPR. The woman later died at the hospital.
