Seven arrested on drug related charges

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Seven people were arrested on felony drug charges early Tuesday morning after officers served a search warrant at a home in Plymouth, according to the Indiana State Police.

Members of the Indiana State Police, the Plymouth Police and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted the raid at 713 Oakhill Avenue at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers found meth precursors and the remnants of meth labs and other drug paraphernalia.

Seven people and four juveniles were at the home at the time of the raid.

Six of the seven people arrested reside at the Oakhill home.

Those arrested include:  Jason P. Kennedy, 36, Lisa A. Mitchell, 41, Jamie Sullivan, 42, Tonia E. Flowers, 37, Joseph Garrison, 33, Maggie J. Garrison, 29, and Amanda R. Miller, 25.

Flowers resides in Mishawaka.

Amanda Miller, Joseph Garrison and Maggie Garrison also face neglect of a dependent charges.

The children were initially placed with the Department of Child Services and later released to family members.
