Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Michiana counties

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for the following Michiana counties:
- Elkhart
- Kosciusko
- LaGrange
- La Porte
- Marshall
- Pulaski
- Starke
- St. Joseph (Indiana)
- St. Joseph (Michigan)
- Van Buren (Michigan)
The severe thunderstorm watch is in place until 11 p.m. Thursday night in all Indiana counties and St. Joseph County in Michigan.
The watch for Van Buren County is in effect until 8 p.m.
