Sex on the job allegations

MISHAWAKA -- A Mishawaka Police officer is accused of having sex on the job numerous times.Corporal Willie Davis Jr. has been suspended without pay since last month when the allegations came to light. A hearing is set for Tuesday afternoon.
The Public Safety Board made motions to terminate Davis but the 13 year police veteran wanted a hearing to defend the allegations.
During an investigation the Mishawaka Police Department learned of alleged misconduct. The officer is accused of violating police duties at least 16 times. He is accused of having a sexual relationship with a person while on the clock between April and May.
