Shooting in Plymouth Wednesday morning, 18-year-old woman arrested

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The Plymouth Police Department reports officers responded to the area of Beerbrook and Jackson Street for reports of shots fired around 1:44 a.m., Wednesday.

The report states upon arrival, officers determined an occupied house was shot several times.

Authorities say the suspect vehicle was then seen in the area and a pursuit began. 

The vehicle was eventually stopped on Jackson and Michigan Streets where the driver was identified as 18-year-old Arionna Rubio, of Niles.

Rubio's passenger, a juvenile boy, was also taken into custody. 

Rubio was taken to the Marshall County Jail for felony criminal charges, including Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Recklessness, Dangerous Control of a Firearm, Assisting a Criminal, Resisting Law Enforcement, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and misdemeanor Reckless Driving.
