BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety reports officers responded to the 600 block of 8th Street on Saturday for a complaint of a shootout in broad daylight.

Officers arrived on scene and determined a shootout had taken place.

An uninvolved bystander was located with injuries and taken to Corewell Lakeland for treatment.

The bystander is in stable condition.

During the investigation, officers located one of the suspects, who was subsequently arrested.

The suspect's name is withheld pending arraignment.

Officers are still looking for another suspect involved in this incident.
