Shortcakes on the Blacktop returns to South Bend
The proceeds from this festival will benefit Camp New Happenings, St. Margaret's House and Clubhouse of St. Joseph County, whose ministries support the many in need in the community.
This festival will take place in the parking lot of the Cathedral of St. James, 117 N. Lafayette Boulevard, South Bend; between Washington and Colfax.
Every delicious homemade shortcake topped with fresh ice cream, whipped cream and strawberries will only cost seven dollars, with a limited quantity of dairy-free and gluten-free options also available.
Downtown business and offices are encouraged to stop by with their staff for drive through treats.
Delivery for orders of five or more shortcakes will be available, in or near, downtown South Bend and to Notre Dame, from 10:00 a.m., to 2:00 p.m.
Pre-purchased tickets are available and guaranteed until 2:30 p.m.
Pre-orders for delivery and pick-up are recommended and can be placed, starting Friday, May 31, 2024.
