FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A suspect is in police custody at the Fulton County Sheriff's Department following an investigation into shots fired on Wednesday.
Officials say the incident happened near Maple Street and Rural Street near Akron Elementary.
According to the Sheriff, two men got into a fight and a gun was fired. The Sheriff believes the suspect ran into a nearby home but later turned himself in at the Sheriff's station.
The suspect is detained but the other male involved has not been taken into custody.
