Shots fired in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Mishawaka Police swarmed a house near Third Street and Pine and the SWAT team was put on standby Tuesday after shots were fired in the neighborhood.

"Right now we are investigating an incident where shots were fired, two subjects have been taken to the Mishawaka Police Department, no arrests have been made," said Lieutenant Timothy Williams, Mishawaka Police Department.

Both a daycare center and high rise were put on lockdown and neighbors were evacuated.
