Shots fired on Harrison Avenue

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Two people were shot at on Harrison Avenue in South Bend.

Fifty-five-year-old Arthur Hughes was shot in the hip and the backside.

He told South Bend Police he was working on a friend's car when two male suspects fired a shotgun at him.

He also told police he did not know the shooters.  Hughes is expected to make a full recovery.

 The suspect is still on the loose.
